It’s a sad morning. Just woke up to the news of Diego Maradona passing away at 60 after suffering a heart attack.

He captained Argentina to win the 1986 FIFA World Cup held in Mexico. Unfortunately, he failed the dope test and was kicked out of the 1994 World Cup.
Well, I am not a big fan of soccer; however, Diego Maradona is certainly one of those sports personalities I have truly admired.

I am sure he could have lived a longer life.
So, what went wrong with Diego Maradona?
Well, there are three main reasons behind his untimely demise:
- Drugs
- Alcohol
- Overeating
Frankly, lot’s of our health problems are related to:
- What we eat
- What we drink
- What we breathe in
I have a history of diabetes. I know how the poor lifestyle choices, particularly bad eating habits, can totally screw up things in a very short period of time.
RIP Legend!
